@monicakm - I have a Cubii - which is similar to the pedal machine in your pic - that I use at home and the PT said it was fine to use it.  They don't have a measuring thing like you showed though.   They measure it a different way.  Still do the heel slides on a large white board thingie but it doesn't look like yours.
