Kimchi is widely available; saw it a couple days ago in Costco. I've always loved it and Iit was what I craved when I was pregnant.

This is the brand a friend of mine eats. He LOVES kimchi, eats a few fork fulls every single day. Open packet, insert fork.

Am a fan of authenic Kimchi--not the vegetarian style---very good for your gut health---and good put into other foods

Never heard of it but it sounds good and tasty and healthy with all those vegetables.  Will look for it the next time I order my groceries.

I've never had it, but everytime it's mentioned I think of sauerkraut.  Have no clue where that association came from

They're both cabbage dishes so that's probably why?

@cindyNC --me too--altho I do love sauerkraut as well as kimchi--but I love cabbage too---and it is fermented like sauerkraut. I have had homemade kimchi from my DD asian friends moms, who make it from scratch, which is so good!! Haven't found any in the grocery store tht comes close. The vegan/vegetarian kinds---don't have the tiny shrimp ingredient that the authentic kind has--which IMO, is tastier and it can be very spicy too. I had a co worker friend whose family was from Slovenia and her dad, would make several pounds of sauerkraut every year---and she brought me a qt jar of it one time--OMG!!! was it delicious !!
