Thanks for the info......the front part of my thighs is causing the most discomfort, other than that, I think I'm OK.
I'll be feeling like a million dollars in a month, I'm sure it's hard when you start anything new, I'm just thinking as to weeks to come how great i'll feel so hope i'll feel.
after Monday and today, I just can't imagine how it would of been if I was still smoking...so happy that's a thing of the past too.
Rollers are great for your legs...I have recommended them to other posters who, like me, had immediate comfort.

Try to pick up a 30 pound weight at the gym...THAT will make you proud of everything you have achieved so far! Imagine having to lug that extra 30 pound weight with you everywhere (like you did before the weight loss!)
