June Exercise Thread

Good Morning everyone,

I can hardly believe we are in June already. We really never had Spring here and not we are slowly slipping into summer. No complaints here though, winter will come way to soon for me.

Getting ready to get on the treadmill this morning, just letting my oatmeal settle in.

I hope June sees a few more posters here. It seems a bit quiet on the workout front, but I realilze that doesn't mean you are not getting it done, just that you don't have the time to post it.

Tony----I am watching you {#emotions_dlg.rolleyes}and Jackie I thought I saw you "spinning" by my house! {#emotions_dlg.thumbup}

Boy is it every windy here. I had to take down the top of my deck swing or I thought it would become a sail and blow away.

Ok kids, lets see what we can accomplish today, a brand new day and a brand new Month!
