July Exercise Thread

Happy Month of July, thought I would start us off just a couple hours shy of July 1.

I hope everyone is enjoying their summer thus far, these boards have been pretty slow for the last month or so. Hoping everyone is doing their workouts maybe outside even.

I have been doing lots of bike riding weather permitting. I love to be outdoors and winter is so long around here that when the sun is out I am out playing!
