Is it an omen?

Every three months I get bloodwork done and something is always out of range. After having low DHEA and my endo telling me it's because im "old" I decided to try a new naturopath (one who takes my insurance) as my GP told me that endo's do not believe in adrenal fatigue. I was able to get an appointment with one but ended up having to reschedule due to jury duty. I was able to leave jury duty in plenty of time that day so I called to see if the appt was still available and she said the dr called out sick but he will be coming in the following Monday to make up that day's missed appointments. That Monday DH was very ill and I needed to take him to the GP so I rescheduled for this week. Im sitting here looking all kinds of forward to this appt only to discover I had missed it, it was yesterday..not today.

Do you think that this is an omen for me not to see this doc? I mean really, three trys and you're out. Idk, sounds silly I know. I really don't want to call back again and says, oh sorry..im a dumb a++......

whatta'll think?
