Anybody in their 60's out there who has tried the Insanity workout. I have read the reviews online but specifically wonder if there is anyone out there my age, and certainly not in the best of shape (but no joint problems) who has tried this workout. I would CERTAINLY need to tailor the workout to eliminate too much jumping and the like, not because I have knee problems but because I don't want them in the future. I realize it would be a major challenge to just run through the 45 minutes each day but I am looking for some really major changes. Right now my exercise is made up of walking at a brisk pace. I'm wondering what past Insanity participants have to say. Many thanks.
