I see a Urogynecologist. There are several options for Over active bladder and incontinence.

@rms1954 - I've been shipping for a vibration plate so that means I've been down the rabbit hole.  One thing I learned today is that they can be helpful in strengthening the pelvic floor. I'm excited.
