@SloopJohnB   The kind I am taking is Flamingo Supplements. I'm sorry I don't know what OAB is. If you research pumpkin seed benefits, it may help answer your question.

I have dealt with urinary incontinence as well as IBSD for a good amount of years. Horrible. I began reading an article on google about a product and it ended up sending me to Amazon to read about pumpkin seed. I purchased the gummies since I have such a hard time swallowing pills. In addition to helping with incontinence it stated it also helps with IBSD. Within a week I was  shocked how well this supplement  worked for both issues. It's not expensive. I take two a day. It has changed my life.

@pattypeep   I'm happy you found a way to help with your health issues. As for myself, the only time I had incontinence is during the period I was overweight. The more overweight I had become, the worse it got...one of the many health issues I had.

When I got back to normal weight, that issue went away completely (for me). No doubt it was the added pressure on my bladder from all the fat/weight that caused the issue for me.

As for any IBS issues I had, it went completely away when I stopped ingesting fiber totally...no joke. DH and I learned that fiber is not an essential requirement. It is something the Big Food/Big Pharma pushes. The crazy bit is that they are adding more and more fiber to foods and even beverages...SMH.

No wonder why there are more and more folks with IBS.

Consider what % of Big Food/processed foods have fiber. Then add on the % that Big Food adds even more fiber. Then add on the recommendations Big Pharma makes to have more OTC meds with added fiber for 'health'. Oh, and then add on this other bit...consider all the OTC meds (with new ones all the time) to help those suffering from IBS.

That is quite the profit/$ money making machine I say...

By keeping folks sick from their addictive foods, they then can add on to their profits by suggesting taking their meds to relieve the symptoms of what made you sick/unwell in the 1st place.

I wish DH and I opened our eyes learned these things decades ago. We would have avoided so much suffering from health issues in the 1st place. So glad we are finally out of that brain-washing matrix. By doing the exact opposite of what we have been 'taught' to believe, we got our health back and off of all meds.

Think of all the commercials on tv/youtube/streaming nowadays. Either they are from Big Food's addictive/ultra processed unhealthy foods or Pharma pushing more drugs to take for whatever health issue/s you have from eating the Big Food 'franken' food in the 1st place.

Bottom line...

Big Food/Big Pharma doesn't care about your health. If you really think about it, the healthier you become, the less profits they make...period.

Anyway, just a couple of countless health issues that went away when we changed our lifestyle in 2018.

@Susan Louise   I have a very simple diet.  I prepare all the food I eat from scratch.  All organic.  I never eat out and bring my own food to dinners out of my home.

I lost 100 lbs 18 yrs ago and have kept it off.  I cannot eat foods with lectins as it inflames my joints.

May I ask what foods containing fiber you eliminated?

I'm just curious.  Thank you!

Congratulations on your weight loss and maintaining it!🎉 Would you mind sharing your diet, please. Both for weight loss and daily, excluding the Lectins. I have very bad Arthritis and need to lose weight and eliminate inflammatory foods. Thank you.

I ordered this for mild incontinance I thought but now I think I may have OAB not incontinance.  I took two yesterday and omg my bladder has never been so overactive!  Is there a period where it gets worse before it gets better?  Before the issue was only at night but now its all day!

I had to stop eating or drinking anything that has artificial sweeteners. That causes urges and bladder contractions.

@pdlinda - she's living a carnivore lifestyle which means she's eliminated all fiber containing foods.
