I have dealt with urinary incontinence as well as IBSD for a good amount of years. Horrible. I began reading an article on google about a product and it ended up sending me to Amazon to read about pumpkin seed. I purchased the gummies since I have such a hard time swallowing pills. In addition to helping with incontinence it stated it also helps with IBSD. Within a week I was  shocked how well this supplement  worked for both issues. It's not expensive. I take two a day. It has changed my life.

I've heard that it can lower blood pressure somewhat, so if that could be a problem it might be best to consult your doctor first.

"While pumpkin seed oil may be beneficial for lowering blood pressure, it is important to note that it may not be suitable for everyone. People with low blood pressure or those taking blood pressure medications should consult with their doctor before consuming pumpkin seed oil."

Re: Incontinence

[ Edited ]

My DH has been taking pumpklin seed oil for many years, it is good for the prostate. Be careful, it can have an estrogenic effect on menopausal women increasing it. . If you want the addl. estrogen it is great

Pumpkin seed oil contains a lot of arginine (amino acid) that triggers my cold sores like crazy. Arginine is food for the virus. I can't take it.

I have a proplapsed bladder and my doctor has made an appointment for me to see a urologist-gynecologist. I had many years of manageable incontinence but It's gotten worse. I had an appointment but had to cancel due to my daughters upcoming cancer surgery. I don't want to even get into that with this hanging over us. Not sure I want it anyway. I've heard differing outcomes andI'm kind of afraid.

@SloopJohnB Do not know about the OAB diet, eliminating certain high acid foods

@SloopJohnB   The kind I am taking is Flamingo Supplements. I'm sorry I don't know what OAB is. If you research pumpkin seed benefits, it may help answer your question.
