I know there are many of you out there suffering from incontinence. I have tried every new pill that's come along in the last two years as well as a couple of other things but nothing has helped at all. I would like to try a homeopathic remedy for incontinence, so if you have a remedy I could try I'd like to know what it is. I've tried Kegel but can't seem to keep up the exercises long enough to help. Does anyone use magnesium or apple cider vinegar? I think I am going to seek a homeopathic doctor about this, but until then, please share your informaiton. And I thank you1
