Immunotherapy

Anyone ever been through this. My husband has Stage IV Renal Cell Carcinoma with mets to his lungs. The plan is to start immunotherapy, in ICU for a week then off a week then back for another week in ICU. Not sure what to expect. New dx, had one kidney removed in Dec but by the time they found the Cancer it had already spread. Thanks
