and it's a really good workout, even if you modify it down to low impact. I like it so much more than Zumba. Because the instructors cue up the next move so the class stays in synch. And it's easier than Zumba. Check it out. You can ask for a one day free sample class and see if you like it too. I plan to go every. single. day. for one hour
