I received my Cuddle Ewe mattress pad. Thanks for the suggestion!!

A while back several kind fellow forum members recommended the Cuddle Ewe mattress pad.  I was quite intrigued and checked out their website and ended up purchasing one.  I am so happy I did and am loving the extra comfort and even luxe feel

my bed now has.  The pad is quite substantial and certainly extremely comfortable!! I was shocked to see it weighed over 40 pounds!!! Thanks everyone who suggested this wonderful--USA made product!!

I'm truly thrilled that it's working well for you! It was a life changer for. E when I was diagnosed with fibro.

It's very supportive and plush at the same time. While I haven't experienced the same kind of transformational results as the above poster I do feel a difference in my sleep. I have severe joint issues due to arthritis and recently had a knee replacement. This pad has definitely helped!! It's not inexpensive (close to 400 with shipping) I do feel it's worth it.

                                       Full-Sized Lambswool Mattress Pad

I have this one which is a real sheepskin from Overstock.  It is less expensive and is washable.  Not saying the Cuddle Ewe is not better, it's just hard to imagine anything more comfortable.

It is difficult to describe the 'feeling' of sheepskin.  It is an experience of it's own.  Air can circulate through the fur and your body 'floats' when you lay on it.  Soft but not soft.  It is like a cuddle without being closely cuddled and smothered.  Worth the experience!

Ewe that sounds wonderful.

I see they also have latex pillows wrapped in the wool. I need a new latex pillow so I may try one of these.

I checked out their FB page & looks like they have % off with free shipping on Black Friday. I will wait until next month to order. Also sales thru the year with a % off.

Enjoy your Cuddle Ewe mattress pad.

For those of you that have experience with mattress pads .... what's a reasonable ball park price range for Full/Queen?   I happened to take a quick look at some at Macys and was shocked .... maybe almost $200 is reasonable for a mattress pad?

My mattress pad came with a pillow and I have to say the pillow is really nice as well.  Having spent so much on beds and mattresses over the years, the price did seem high at first but when I got it I quickly realized why-- it seems to be super high quality.

Thank you!!

I think it really depends on what you want it to do - be an ordinary traditional mattress pad or be some sort of thicker topper/cushion.

I've never wanted a mattress pad to do anything more than pad the mattress. I paid close to $100 for Full size about 4-5 years ago but some are half that.

I'd say $125-ish for a very good quality Full mattress pad. It seems the sky's the limit for toppers. If I needed a $200-$500 topper to make my bed comfortable, I'd just buy a new mattress.
