Many people gained weight during the pandemic and I gained after!! I have 30 lbs to lose!  

 

I am starting to follow a clean eating food plan that I found online and it seems really good. You get to eat alot of food and you dont have to pay anything other than buying your food at the store!  There is so much good information online about clean eating and its not hard to do and from what I read you never go hungry eating this way. That sounds good to me.

 

You just eat clean, unprocessed food, no junk food, eat real food, one ingredient type food and not a ton of ingredients. Veggies, fruit, whole grains, fish, chicken, beans etc.
