Just drink good old plain water. Why are you looking to consume all those additives and artificial colors and flavoring. I just drink water. Every morning I fill up my tumbler with ice and water. Done.

@ID2 It does nothing for my hydration that is why I am looking for something else

@I am still oxox    what procedure do you use as an accurate measurement of your body's hydration level?

@ID2    not sure why some people are looking to spend money on mineral replacement drinks for hydration. Using one of the best for the person to hydrate which is generally free, water. How many of those that are medically dehydrated actually drink 48-64oz of water per day

Have you been checked for diabetes, @I am still oxox? Excessive thirst is often a symptom.

Get one of those pitchers with a central tube.  You put your fruit of choice in it and fill the pitcher with water.  It infuses the water with the fruit.  They show them on qvc.

@m0rgan  Thank you for the great idea. my physician told me that I needed to hydrate more during the day. I do, but water can be boring after a while. I went online and purchased one of those pitchers and will use lemons, oranges and cucumbers. It's like spa water. Thanks again.

Infused water is amazing!. And so versatile.  We also sometimes incorporate fresh mint, depending on what combo we are using. Or just cucumber and mint.  Only limIted by one's imagination.😊

@I am still oxox  Coconut water is great for hydration.  My daughter gets ours for us at Cosco. Very low calorie and sugar.  Some brands are loaded with sugar, not this one.
