Thanks @Alsace Gal

I'll pray for you, too. It's not easy to lose weight and keep it off. Don't give up!

@SilleeMee : Currently can't stand up long enough to cook . My cardiologists suggested Moms Meals available on line for home delivery. Average price $7.99. I noticed the heart healthy foods are low in sodium but concerned about the carbs.  More options for heart healthy meals instead of the lower sodium .But this will be counting calories and portion control . I have stomach issues and heart burn and concern about spices but it's a start.  I have loss more water weight but still a long way to go.

Trying to find healthier foods to eat and not feel hungry is frustrating.

@Alsace Gal Good for you, for your focus on a healthy weight. But, 22lbs in less than 3 weeks is a lot of weight loss. So, I bet you are hungry.

Your body is rebelling, trying to push you into stopping for one of those donuts :-). In fact, I'm craving one myself, right now, just reading about them.

Don't know what your total goal is, and it's great that you're losing, but maybe you would feel better (with fewer cravings)  if you slowed down the process, maybe shooting for a couple pounds of weight loss a week.

Can't promise you'll be much less hungry. Every time I go on a 1,200 calorie diet, some days, I'm like a hungry wolf. It's so hard, to lose weight, but it's safer to lose a little slower.

Cute that Reilley likes watermelon. Perfect for an after morning walk.

@Alsace Gal : Congratulations . What did you eat to lose 22 pounds?  If you dont mind sharing.Due to a bad back, my exercise will be limited to using my cubi Jr 2 and going slow and easy. Struggling to drink more water.

It's very frustrating, there's so much prepared food available and most is harmful for us. Mom's Meals, do they deliver more than one meal per day?

@SouthernBee

I'm sorry for your difficulties with food prep. I can totally relate. I have a very hard time with food prep b/c my hands are so messed up. It's hard to cut up veggies so I buy frozen pre-cut ones instead. That's just only part of it. I can go on...but the bottom line for me is the cost of buying prepared meals. I can't afford it.

I wasn't trying to lose it that quickly, I forgot to eat and when I did, it was too little.

@Alsace Gal  Okay, that's almost beyond my comprehension. I have never forgotten to eat, LOL. Well, unless I was sick.

@Alsace Gal : They have breakfast, lunch and dinner. I haven't ordered yet because you have to enter your information and credit card. They deliver in the USA . I live 2 hours from Atlanta and they are in Conyers.

I will order just a few to make sure that I like them and the seasoning not upset my stomach.  We eat an early dinner and researching a protein drink for early evening .So much research to do.

Praying for your continued success.
