@Alsace Gal Good for you, for your focus on a healthy weight. But, 22lbs in less than 3 weeks is a lot of weight loss. So, I bet you are hungry.

Your body is rebelling, trying to push you into stopping for one of those donuts :-). In fact, I'm craving one myself, right now, just reading about them.

Don't know what your total goal is, and it's great that you're losing, but maybe you would feel better (with fewer cravings)  if you slowed down the process, maybe shooting for a couple pounds of weight loss a week.

Can't promise you'll be much less hungry. Every time I go on a 1,200 calorie diet, some days, I'm like a hungry wolf. It's so hard, to lose weight, but it's safer to lose a little slower.

Cute that Reilley likes watermelon. Perfect for an after morning walk.

@BlueFinch

I wasn't trying to lose it that quickly, I forgot to eat and when I did, it was too little.

@Alsace Gal  Okay, that's almost beyond my comprehension. I have never forgotten to eat, LOL. Well, unless I was sick.

@BlueFinch

Too funny, normallly I wouldn't forget to eat too. I've been trying to pull out old book shelves from both sides of my fireplace, and It's been 115f-120f each day for weeks, too tired and too hot.

@SilleeMee : I understand your difficulty with food prep and other issues. Frustrating with the cost of food and everything else.

Moms Meals website stated some health insurance would pay for the senior meals.

My orthopedic doctor suggested electric wheel chair but afraid that will make me sit too low to try to do food prep and cook. My insurance verified that I am eligible for wheel chair or scooter but afraid the scooter will be too big for my small kitchen.So many decisions.

@Alsace Gal  When you loose weight that fast you are losing muscle mass. Any good diet tells you that 1 1/2 to 2 pounds per week. Starving yourself has serious repercussions. I know everyone wants everything fast and quick but is it worth loosing your health. Drinking water helps with hunger and weight loss. Wishing you well.

Yes, I understand losing muscle mass is dangerous, it's not what I intended to do.
I was working on my home and it was extremely hot, I forgot to eat.

@cheriere  I watch that show RELIGIOUSLY!  I have a # of episodes archived on my DVR.  Some episodes I watch over and over again.

I lost 100 lbs (maybe a little more) 18 yrs ago and kept that weight off.  I KNOW what it takes to maintain weight loss.  I "yo-yo" dieted for 40 yrs before I designed a regimen that works for me including an exercise plan that works for me.

I originally weighed 240 lbs (now 140 or maybe a little less) and can definitely see how if one doesn't stick to a food/exercise regimen, it's easy for weight gain to continue to occur.

What I do to keep my weight under control is keep the junk out.  Eat in moderation and stick with the good stuff.  I never do fast food and hardly eat out and if I do I don't eat it all.  Last time I ate out with a friend I took most of it home and had two more meals out of it.  They gave me so much.    It also cost a fortune to eat out.  I can cook better at home most times too.  But nice to enjoy an evening out as well.

I never eat the donuts and all that people bring to work.  I try and stay away from all that.  Just not my thing,

I have my sweet and salty tooth but keeping less on hand helps me.  I also don't sweat it either and enjoy myself too.  If I get a little crazy I just real it back in.

I also think stretch pants are not a good idea.  If my jeans get tight then I know I am blowing it.  First place I gain is the stomach and always has been.  5 lbs and I know it.

I do walk my dog everyday and that helps relax me too.  When I get bored I want to eat so I just find things to do.

I feel the same as you do about being naked lol.  I've been swimming a couple times this summer in front of my cousin and her kids and that made me uncomfortable.  I've lost weight too and have some skin issues that bother me as well.

Congratulations on such a weight loss...and maintaining it!  That's quite the accomplishment.😃❤️

I love to watch this show too.  I'll even go back just as you mentioned and rewatch some episodes.  I've learned so much from watching it.
