Humidifiers?

Can anyone recommend a good humidifier? I am unfamiliar with humidifiers,
and do not know what brand is good. I don't want to get something second-rate.

Also... if I opt for express delivery, and for any reason have to return it, will I
receive a refund on the express shipping cost like normal shipping is refunded?
