How much should I worry?

I told you about my husbands kidney cancer. His operation was 2 days ago. They got it out. He seemd good yesterday but today he tried to get out of bed and fell and was put in restraints. A doctor called and he was put into CCU. His lungs are full and has pneumonia. I am going soon to see and hear exactly for I should call his sister back in the midwest. He never tells anyone anything.
