I'm dieting and have done well staying on my reduced calorie eating plan-1200 calories. I exercise at least 5 times a week. I'm using My Fitness Pal to track eating and exercise on my phone and love how easy it is. I am concerned that I'm not getting enough protein in my diet. I love yogurt, then read about all the sugar it contains and I start to get confused...Any tips or hints that others have? Thanks so much!!!
