Hip Replacement

I had to have a revision hip replacement after the one I had 7 years ago went bad I think it has been going bad for along time metal was poisoning me slowly has anyone had this happen so far the one I had is not on the recalled list not sure if I have any recourse I really dont want to call one of those Tv lawers
