I take one Hibiscus cap every morning, helps to lower my BP.

@Shelbelle What brand are your hibiscus capsules?

I use Swanson Hibiscus caps, one daily 400 mg.

My preference is iced Hibiscus tea or regular iced tea. I have a hard time with hot tea, Only when i have been desperately sick can I do it....IMHO it is generally akin to brewed straw!

Thanks @Shelbelle !

@Sweet Kitties  The cilantro analogy came to mind for me, too. I love the taste of cilantro but a lot of folks really hate it. On the other hand, I think maybe hibiscus just doesn't agree with my taste buds.

I tried a new hibiscus tea. Hibiscus Tisane from Positively Tea Company. I ordered it from Fresh Roasted Coffee dotcom. Very fresh, rich full-bodied taste. With a cranberry-like tartness. Love it.
