About six weeks ago I had a problem with burning, tingling lips which I attributed to a new roscea medicine my dermatologist prescribed. I stopped the medicine and my lips got better in a couple of days. A few weeks later I tried the medicine again only reduced it to once a day and was very careful to keep it away from my lips. After about a week the burning in my lips returned. I stopped the medicine again but after 5 days my lips continue to burn and hurt. I have tried some lip balms and petroleum jelly without relief. I am kicking myself for not calling my doctor before the weekend but thought I could wait until my next appt on the 19th. I now plan to call first thing Monday morning. Does anyone have any advice for some temporary relief?
THANKS!!
