I just had the skin test and the results- dust mites, trees, grass, pollen. I was told to take the shots- need to see if insurance covers this and what the weekly co- pay will be. The doctor advised me to get rid of my carpet and furniture needs to be leather or other not cloth.I have central heat and air- I purchased the special filter. I just had my sofa and carpets cleaned. I purchased the special pillow case- it works but sounds and feels like paper. I do not have the money to do all the changes now. I am tired waking up stuffy/ runny nose and ear problems. Your suggestions are greatly appreciated on what works.
