There are several things that intrique me about this program, including that it is only 20 minutes and very structured program so no "thinking" about what the right workout for the day should be. I also like that the program is divided up into 4 weeks so I will be less likely to get bored with it. I still want to loose about 15-20 pounds and have begun but I have a very demanding job and often find myself too tired to work out at the end of the day. The 20 minutes I could handle in the morning even on the frequent days when I have early meetings. Wanted to know if anyone has had success with this? Thanks so much for your opinions!!!
