I almost forgot I had an unused Amazon credit of $37.79, so I went with researching Amazon and wound up with the Kelsyus Original Canopy Chair.  It has four legs and weighs 8-11 lbs., according to the customer reviews.  The chair was $41.83, but wound up costing me $12.72.

It folds up and the canopy wraps around the folded up chair and there's a strap to carry it on one's shoulder.  I'm not worried about it weighing a little more because I would not be carrying it anyway.  I figured I might as well buy something I can use on the beach this summer when I visit my daughter, and it looks comfortable and has great reviews.

It will arrive July 7.
