~ Gourmet dinner the night before you leave??? ~

Hi all .... I was just reading, again, everything in the notebook I was given at the Joint Replacement Class, and I read something I'd overlooked before. The night before you leave (for me that will be Thursday), the hospital serves you a "gourmet dinner." Wow! I wonder what a hospital gourmet dinner is????

They also have us all eat together for every meal in a small dining room to get us up and moving as much as possible. I'm sure I'll eat better, and more nutritious in the hospital and rehab. than I've eaten at home for a long time.
