Could be because marijuana is legal in Colorado.

@151949 ITA!!! Since it's legal they can prescribe to people in pain that really need it. It's not legal where I live but that did not stop me from using it when I had Shingles along with the cbd oil. It does help. I purchased the CBD lotion from Lord Jones.
