Never make comparisons to what others have done, and/or are doing, with yourself. That is, or can lead to a "self fulfilling prophecy". Concern yourself only with yourself while you continue to work on whatever goals you wish to achieve.

While @QVCkitty1 made great accomplishments, her success has nothing to do with what you are able to accomplish. For many, even most, it takes many trial and errors, and restarts to work through and to what works for them. I doubt anyone that has been successful at attaining and goals in their lives will say "that was easy", quite the contrary.

The many I know personally that have achieved their successes did so with 100% dedication, along with lots of physical and mental hard work. Those same individuals knew where they were at the beginning of their journeys and they did not get there in weeks/months or a year. Along with the other things I mentioned, Optimism and Patience are also key to everyone's successes.

Set yourself a program that you believe will work for you, and I wish you much success.
