For the past couple of years the tips of my big toe and the one next to it have been extremely painful on occasion. Just the tips, and only when I'm laying down, like watching TV at night or occasionally when I'm sleeping. The only thing I can figure out is I must have had frostbite sometime in my life. Like maybe 50 years ago when I used to ice skate a lot. Does this make sense? Any other possible reason?
