The sodium level of some restaurant meals are off the charts.  Now that some restaurants show their nutrition info I have been checking them before eating there.

Very little to eat for those of us concerned with sodium levels.

Sodium levels are only part of the problem with fast food.  Anyone here know how many calories & carbs ....   and how many grams of fat in this sandwich?

@Tinkrbl44 Woman Embarassed  Well, a lot?  LOL!!!

Speaking of things to avoid:  By the way, you've been around awhile.  Remember the poster from Florida that had lots of nicks and was always contentious?  Then got banned?  Again?  I'm wondering if she is back. . . Now that's another topic!  LOL!!!

I caved a couple of weeks ago and bought one of those sandwiches.  They are really good.  I was just thinking of that South Florida poster yesterday and wondering what she may be up to lately.  I really did not follow that thread much so I was not sure what she posted to get the boot.
