I do not believe the Fitt Cube has anything to do w/ Fitbit. Fitbit is a device you wear on your arm that measures steps, heart rate etc. I LOVE my Fitbit.

I can see where the Fitt Cube could be of value to people who live in small houses or apartments, who want to stay in shape, but don't have room for large equipment. Or maybe it will help someone who wants to get more active, but for whatever reason just won't/can't go to gym or outside for a walk. I'm for anything that motivates people to move. If the Fitt Cube helps them, awesome.

Would I use it? No, but then I have lots of room for fitness equipment, which we use and because my favorite forms of exercise is running, hiking and pilates.

Need it? I don't care, it's their money so I don't need to be enlightened. As far as more money than brains that another poster mentioned, here's my gripe...hairdos driving SUVs they can't handle, I've been driven into a curb 3 times this month because they can't maintain their lane.

Huh?   "Hairdos" ???

I'm just gonna guess autocorrect changed weirdos into hairdos. My stupid phone makes all sorts of autocorrects I don't catch before I hit post/send. My sister has had to learn how to decipher my texts. Sometimes she will call laughing so hard at something I sent. Apparently I called her a ho, when I was trying to ask, are your ready to go?

I know absolutely nothing about Fitbit. I have never owned one or even used one. Have seen a couple on ice skaters I have talked with, but that's about the extent of it when it comes to this product.

There a very few, if any, exercises that I have done over many decades, where I do not improvise them to better suit me. To me most of them are basic movements and I change the to a pattern that i feel better suits me and my goals.

I have bought many machines along with other things to better suit my body, and its parts, that i feel work better for my structure/limits, and to better accomplish my purpose of using them.

Like most, i have bought things that turned out to be a zero, for me. Waste of money? I wouldn't go quite that far. But unnecessary? Yes.

As usual I could expand on this, but think this is enough to express my feelings on what I do and do not buy into.

John, I respect your opinion and just giving mine as you, a long time exerciser.  I brought treadmill, and use everyday, bike and use everyday and DVD tapes use everyday.  If people want to buy and if they use, great.  I guess in looking and reading about it, I feel it's just another gimmick, but it's their money. A person can do all the things it does on their own. Just giving my opinion as a long time exerciser.

@qvcaddition    Besides consumables such as food and fuel, how much of what we buy is dictated by actual need?
I can't put it into a percentage, but if I started to keep track of all my purchases, I think I would see a large percentage fall into wants rather than needs.

Is that a bad thing?

No, I have brought a lot of wants rather than needs. My opinion is a person can do the things a fitbit does on their own and save a ton of money, but its their money.

Just through the years, I have seen so much exercise equiptment , that is new, but old and you can do on your own.

If it helps a person to exercise, so be it and it's therir money. I guess I just have an opinion, because of exercising for 62 years and started with Jack LaLanne bands and weights that a lot of this stuff seems a waste. I do believe in treadmills, bikes,

things that you can use that really help. Yes, you can walk outside, and I do, but in snow, or rain, a treadmill and bike help to keep up your exercise in bad weather.

It's hard for me to explain. I just feel, some of these things they sell are things you can use your own body weight to do. Remember the big ball all the gyms were using to do things you could do on  the floor, using your own body weight.

I'm not comdeming people for buying, just coming from old school and have and do what the fitbit does, but without the fitbit.  If a person feels that is what they need, then so be it.

I apoligize to any I have offended.

Just an young 85 that has seen and done it all from seeing the big ball, to all kinds of twisting tools.

I still exercise 2 to 3 hours a day with bike, treadmill, yoga, and Senior zumba, free weights.

I believe in exercise equiptment, but not gimmicks to sell.

Just my humble opinion.

Again, sorry if I offended anyone.

I truly don't understand the opposition to QVC selling the Fiit cube, which has nothing to do to do with Fitbit, something  that has been stated erroneously on this thread as well as another I read.

just because it isn't something you, yourself, would use....do you not understand that other customers might like to purchase this item?   If I lived in a smaller home, I'd buy it.  I don't need it where I live now...already have three different types of home exercise equipment as well as a gym down the street.

This to me is a strange contraption. It would not make me feel confident since there are no handle bars to help with balance.

If you are already fit and have good balance, that wouldn't be an issue.  Not every thing that QVC sells, is going to be for everybody.
