Can anyone recommend a good shoe that might help with feet/ankle swelling? It seems when I wear tennis shoes, they don't swell as much. But I can't wear them at work and with my work shoes, my ankles and feet swell up so big.

I'm only 39 and watch my salt intake. I sit in front of a computer all day so I'm sure the blood is pooling in my legs. I get up every so often, but it doesn't help.

I can't make the connection between the shoes, why don't they swell with tennis shoes?

Any advice or help is appreciated!
