What is your favorite at home exercise program? Stream or DVD? I have an older Pilates machine which I still use but I want to add to my routine.

Can't pick 1 favorite. 1, without the others, just doesn't work for me.

Love my excercise bike. "Ride" it every single day, feels great and helps me lose a few pounds.

I have a rowing machine that I was using until we had to put it away for some house remodeling. Now that is almost over I can start using it again.

I love to walk and did it almost every day. Unfortunately, I have some issue cropping up in my ankle and foot and am currently out of commission. It's really depressing! If you are able, walking is a great thing to do! If the weather is bad, you can even walk around your home or apartment.

I have a Nano Gym and I have added extra resistance bands to give me more of a workout. I also use separate resistance bands for other exercise routines (squats). I don't use any DVD or video but I do have my own 'program' which I've done for a number of years.

Some streaming and DVD are both part of my daily workouts. I love working out and know as I age it is more important than ever but I do only ones I really like to just about cover every part of my body. I sometimes have to regroup and substitute when I have health issues.

It really depends on what your fitness goals happen to be.
On a daily basis I use treadmill or run outside, use Pilates reformer and do weights. I want to expand to doing more yoga, but I need to redo my former office. I will most likely stream video workout, although I still do have a dvd player/tv set up I could use.
My husband has an entire room full of equipment, from rowing machine, elliptical, bow flex, free weights and bike. He loves the rowing machine the most because he says it's the most efficient way to get an upper and lower body work out.
Lots to choose from. Have fun whatever your decide to do. Staying fit/getting fit has so many benefits -- from improved physical and mental well being to looking good in your clothes.

99% of the time I do HASfit. I found it from and advertisement floating across my websurfing. They have hundreds of free workouts on youtube or on their website. Youtube has ads but their website does not.

I love Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home DVD's. I also have a treadmill to break it up and walk outside when the weather is good. We also (me and DH) do a bit of Tai chi once a week just for fun and the benefits of it.
