Wonderful news LilacTree.  I can imagine how happy you are and I am looking forward to hearing details as they happen.  Because of moving I had to give up some doctors I loved, hard to replace them.  Wishing you all the best with your new one.

This is wonderful news. I am so happy for you. You have confidence now in someone and now know you are "not a false complainer, or nuts" and do not see that blank look on a doctor's face when you are relating what hurts you.

All these years, all the pain, and all the doubts are behind you now.

You have gone forward, and always have had faith even through your darkest times.

This is a good news for you and for all of us who have shared in this journey. You give us strength to believe in ourselves and know there is hope. Thank you for sharing.

Wellness, peace and happiness are wished for your new future.

@chiclets

Thank you so much for your uplifting words, chiclets.  This is the most hope I have had in a very long time.

I have not received the results of the labwork yet and my next appt  is not until the end of June, although I am on their cancellation list.

I see the new (hopefully) PCP again tomorrow, and I still don’t know if she is willing to take me on, so fingers crossed on that.

Physicians are dictated to by insurance companies.  It is common knowledge that doctors are told to allow  "X" number of minutes per patient.  Move 'em on through.  Like a cattle call.. The physician who ignores the rules will be penalized one way or the other.  Health care is a huge conglomerate, money-making business in this country.  Best advice: don't get sick.
