Eye Floaters....advice

I have two eye floaters that "blossomed" this weekend. I went to my eye doctor on Monday and she said they are not attached to my retina and that they are annoying but the retina and eye are healthy. No cure. There is surgery but it's not recommended.

If anyone has them how do you cope?
