@San Antonio Gal Yes, sounds a bit far fetched. My daughter compained about

her wifi constantly going out and she was credited something under $2.00.She was

told on the phone she would be credited and when she saw the teeny tiny amount

she was floored. This was a joke and a waste of her time even calling them. Those days are long gone by when you get a very generous credit or refund.
