Hi mkcw-While I don't have this DVD, I wanted to chime in and tell you about a great website called Collage Video. You can type in any video and if they carry it, you can watch a clip AND read reviews from users.Smiley Happy

Thank you so much! I will definitely check it out. I am looking for a workout that is low impact since I have bad knees. Also, I do not want any yoga blended into the routine. Thanks for the tip! I appreciate it!

Collage video rocks!! Their description of the DVDs is written by collage video staff. Their staff has also done the workouts. Customer service is wonderful as well. You may want to check out Ellen Barrett and Jessica Smith. Smith has walking DVDs as well as cardio/ dance DVDs.

Thank you for the recommendations. I went to the site and it has tons! It will take a while for me to go through prospective DVDs/workouts and their reviews. So it is helpful to have a few names---Barrett and Smith. Thanks!

Re: Exhale: Core Fusion Body Sculpt - DVD

I have one of the CORE DVD and I am really impressed and will be purchasing more (from Amazon).

They are really well done, very clear instructions/directions, I really like that they give you options for modifying the exercising for beginners or those with problem areas back/knees/etc.

For those of us who do not like bouncy, jumping exercise routines CORE is great. The focus is on specific exercises to strengthen, stretch and tone the body.

I highly recommend the CORE Fusion collection to friends and family of all ages.

I really like this DVD. I have had it a few weeks now. I do all of it or parts of it once a week. I bought the "Exhale:core fuse collection" set a few weeks ago from Amazon. It has this dvd, their pilates DVD and the Thighs and Glutes DVD in the set for $19.99. It is a STEAL for that price and well worth it for all 3. All of the DVD's are broken into 5 10 minute segments. I usually do heavy bag boxing work outs and hardcore cardio, and I really enjoy adding this into the mix now. It's challenging, but not so hard it's not doable. I definitely am working muscles now that I never worked before.

Also, I think collage does free s&h over $25--which is easily done with two DVDs. Love their success stories, too.Smiley Happy

I have this video and it's a good one if you're looking to sculpt and tone your muscles. Not sure of your fitness level, but some exercises may be hard on your knees. If you're looking more of a low impact, aerobic DVD, I highly recommend Jessica Smith's walking videos. Jane Fonda's Firm & Burn is surprisingly good. This is geared more for seniors, but I still use it on my lazy days, I just exaggerate some of the moves.
