It seems so much easier to get my run in early in the day vs waiting until later.  My Fitbit data confirms my heart rate and running speed are higher in morning vs later in the day runs. Plus, I just feel so much better all day when I've got my  5-7 miles in.

I actually love running. It about drove me whacky when I was recovering from surgery and couldn't run for 6 weeks.
