Ensure Clear

Wondering if this product( peach flavor) can be used during the fast prior to a hysterectomy surgery. Have used it during the liquid fast for a colonoscopy and found the product very fortifying.

Also any clever ideas on making magnesium citrate more palatable other than chilling it?

Intend to ask the MD about the Ensure Clear---already know he has no hints for the Magnesium Citrate. In the meantime,thought I'd get input from this forum.
