Endoscopy - scared

Hello -

I have been having issues with reflux and the meds aren't helping so my ENT doctor is suggesting I get an Endoscopy. I am terrifed of needles and the whole process and knowing/feeling whats going on when they put this device down my throat etc.


Anyone with experience with this procedure? How long did it take etc?
