I drink coconut water.
Gatorade is high in sugar!

I tried LMNT, probably the healthiest, but expensive. Switched to Ultima, buy it on Amazon but Target carries it.
It is very tasty, but who knows, probably unhealthy, lol.

@mare54 I use a brand called SALTT. It comes in powder packets and you add it to water. It contains proper amounts of electrolytes and it will taste salty so you can adjust the amount of water.
They've got great flavors. The owner of the company created SALTT for himself so the ingredients are good and he keeps coming up with new flavors that are great.

Drinking electrolyte beverages is something I reserve for when I've been sweating a lot from the heat or from intense exercising. The body doesn't need electrolytes unless they are being lost to sweating or from some illness. Liquid I.V. white peach is good.

I have trouble, too, with water, very seldom will plain water be okay, but I put a teaspoon of lemon juice in a glass and drink it that way. I also have Truvy packets to put in, different flavors, Truvy dot com. Also another way to get my water in is drinking caffein free teas like pepperment etc. There are several of those and they are really good.

For whoever is consuming electrolytes on a regular basis, please, please, please check the amounts of magnesium and postassium you're consuming through diet and select your chosen supplement accordingly. Magnesium and potassium are vital to heart function. Some electrolytes supplements are very low but one could easily overconsume and get into serious trouble if you're drinking a higher potassium version like Dr. Berg's, MicroIngredients, Deal, Keppi that offer 1000 mg. per serving. I had a scare a little over a year ago from drinking two daily servings of a higher potassium version. In my head I thought, I'm only getting 2000 mg. of potassium and Dr. Berg says we need 4700 mg. so I'm safe. NOT. I ended up with scary heart palpitations. I've sworn off of all of them. I still supplement some magnesium but I'm on top of it and monitor it. My last blood labs around a month ago had my potsssium and magnesium sitting nicely in the normal range without drinking electrolytes.
Just be cautious.

Agree. Some are very high in ingredients you state. A big fan of electrolytes but always label read if switching up.

This is excellent advice @JeanLouiseFinch . I have kidney disease Stage 3 B and I tend towards hyperkalemia. I ended up in the hospital from an overload of potassium. My pulse went down to 32 and I had heart palpitations. All from just a multivitamin and a beverage with added electrolytes.
