Who drinks them and anyone have a favorite? Thanks

My adult son drinks Gatorade, not my favorite.
He's tried the Roar packets I've previously purchased from QVC.
I'll have one once in a while, they're ok.
Probably a good idea to drink them regularly?

@rockygems123 Thanks for your thoughts. I don't mind Gatorade, but I'm thinking of something I can add to my water so I get all my water in. I've seen a product called Beam - think that's the name. I get so tired of plain water.

I like the Liquid IV packets.

I like the Just Ingredients brand. You mix it in water. The strawberry limeade is my favorite.

Do you like flavored sparkling seltzer water?
My favorite is Polar Cherry Seltzer poured over ice, drink it year round.
That's great though you're looking to add electrolytes, guess it's a good thing.

Be careful with electrolyte drinks - many contain a lot of sodium, sugar or sugar substitutes that can cause problems etc. If you just want flavor you might like Stur (plain) real fruit flavor - you just add a squirt to water and it comes in many flavors .

I use Dr. Berg's powdered electrolytes. They come in different flavors that I mix in with water. They are sugar free.
There are several good brands on Amazon.

My new favorite is Bai water. It has several flavors. I like the bing cherry, and the clementine the best. Not overly sweet at all. It does have about 45mg. of caffeine which I can use as a little boost.

Two brands, LMNT and Ancestral Electrolytes have about the same proportions of sodium, magnesium and potassium. Many electrolyte powders have sugar or a bunch of unnecessary stuff added to them. Or the proportions of the electrolytes are not optimal.
I have the lemon/lime Ancestral Electrolytes powder and it's sweetened with stevia so it tastes like sweet lemonade. Even half a serving of the powder in double the amount of water is still pretty sweet to my taste, but I've eliminated sugar completely from my diet for the past six months so I really notice a sweet taste.
