Who does exercise with Miranda E White? I really like her philosophy and am slowly getting the hang of her routines. How often do you do them? I find it difficult (time) to do a whole routine every single day but I try for at least 3-4 times per week.
I have been doing Miranda's workouts daily for about 3.5 years now. I subscribe to her website. I have been exercising for decades but I am pleasantly surprised about how my body responded to her exercises. My posture is better and you do not seem to plateau. In the past I was a regular pilates, weights and yoga person. Now I replaced those routines with Miranda and I see better results. I still do regular cardio but I use Miranda for strength and flexiblilty.
I'm glad you mentioned this! I have been interested in it for awhile and I think I will do the free trial! I workout, but am always looking for new ways to mix it up! Best wishes!
