Im going to post what Ive eaten. I have yet to fully embrace the BFC, I am still eating artificial sweetners since I have the food in my kitchen. If this is not your way of eating and you have anything negative to add, please dont, I would appreciate only positive replies and help. Thanks

Breakfast: 2 slices LC Jal/cheddar bread w/laughing cow lite cheese, 1 egg and 1tbs bacon 20c/2s

1oz walnuts 4c/1s

Lunch:turkey wrap w/provolone cheese, chipoltle mayo, baby spinach, tomatoes, a small bit of Wholly Guacamole 20c/1s ( I dont know how to count the spinach and tom as I didnt use a huge amount)

Mock Danish (old Low carb recipe) 5c/2.5 s

Dinner: chicken wrap, w/ onions and peppers and 2 tbs green enchilada sauce, cheese 12c/?s (dont know carb/sugar count on the amount of veggies I had

SF popsicle

61c/6.5 s... plus veggies unsure how to count
