Am glad you were tested and know your bladder is emptying when you go.
My daughter only seemed to have an issue in the mornings; she was fine after lunch and until bedtime.

@I am still oxox I read somewhere that some decaf products are not completely decaf. That iced tea might be a clue.
@hckynut For small bladder folks, I have read the bladder holds less as we get older. Something about the skin being less elastic as we age. Wait a minute, that was from a friend who was seeing a PT for a night time bladder program. Train your bladder to hold more. Some PTs specialize in bladder training.

@I am still oxox Maybe you think it's your bladder but it's really something else. i can hold my bladder all night but often times wake up in early morning hours for no reason.

Yeah, really! I go to bed btwn 10:30 and 11pm. At that time I go to the bathroom before getting into bed. I'm usually up around midnight to the bathroom, then somewhere around 3am, then usually once more before it's time to get up around 7.
I drink water during the day but I slow it way down after around 7pm and, between 7 and bedtime, I only go through around half a bottle (16ozbottle). So, I know I'm not drinking heavily later on at night.
I just figured it's something that happens when you get old. I kidded one day saying it must be my prostate (hint: I'm female and don't have one), but the joke really didn't land. (it sounded funny in my head)

Hmmm! Never heard of PT Specialist for that, may have to look into it.
I know when I got back to ice skating after my 14 years of in and out if the hospital every couple months? After breaking a rib and not being able to stand up, I quit skating and went to 12 weeks of Balance PT with ones that specialized in it.
That helped along with my half hour/45 minutes at home working on different balance drills. Didn't skate for over 4 months, getting back was better, but still got my body beat up pretty bad with the falls. Took well over a year before I felt comfortable on skates again, but I was 79 at the time. Guess that ain't too bad!
Thanks for the info, a new one to me.

Last night I switched my Cranberry supplement to before bed and I went at 6 30 and 7 30, no multiple trips, this has not happened in weeks, hopefully it is the start of a new trend

As of this morning I am back to multiple trips I have been awake since 5:30am. I did drink a few sips of water after dinner, this is the only difference.
I no longer know what to think, I am going to give the cranberry at night a few more days

Update saw the urologist this week I am now on 25 MG of Mybertiq, which takes a while to help.
So I am still waking up for multiple early morning potty runs, this is really debilitating.
No matter what time I fall asleep I am awake usually around midnight, 2 am and the up for the day at 5 30 when the multiple potty runs begin.
My doctor is very hopeful that the new med will work but it takes time so I have to be patient

I hope you have more impressive results with that med than I did, @I am still oxox.
