Ear wax question~

Is there an over the counter ear wax treatment that I can use until I can get in to see my doctor? Last year I had to have my right ear irrigated. Both ears must have wax now as my hearing started becoming muffled over the last couple of days.

Such a strange feeling and it is driving me nuts!
