Back in the day I was hiring customer service phone agents and hired a 18 yr old young man with long hair and many were surprised I did.  Kid became one of our best agents, great work ethic, went to collage at night and became very successful, all with long hair.

Don't judge a book by it's cover as they say.

Yesterday when I was picking up a prescription every pharmacist and pharmacy tech were wearing bar codes.

Hubbs says there was always a dress code at pharmacies. Male pharmacists,ties,white shirts,no beards. Of course things change.

When people complained about crazy hairstyles of youthful trends, my DH used to always say: 'It's not what's outside someone's head, it's what's inside that matters.' I couldn't agree more.

Retail pharmacies are so short staffed these days, the stores can't afford to lose their employees. 

I don't care if my pharmacy tech has a raccoon on the top of their head.
