Downloadable Music for walking work out

Hello,

Do any of you know a website where I might be able to download music to my ipod for a walking/running workout? I have up beat music but would like to have something that would have you speed up at intervals. Either like a sprint 8 program or couch to 5k training. I would purchase something also but so far no luck in finding it.
